- Our plan now is to steer a more holistic development for the children whose paths we’ve crossed. There is vast potential to be tapped, hopefully with the assistance and collaborations of other NGOs and individuals who are keen to be included in our redevelopment efforts. We hope to be part of a dynamic network where relief aid can be managed seamlessly across different organisations, enabling a wider catchment area and benefitting more people every time a disaster strikes.
- We are also coming up with a socio-economic development plan, together with the Malaysian Forest Research Institute (FRIM) and NGOs such as Eco Warriors to plant bamboo along the Kelantan River we had discussed on a million trees starting with nurseries in villages along the river. We look forward to see this happening.
